Please arrive at 4:30pm to ensure time for parking and finding your seat. We will begin promptly at 4:45pm.

5:00pm - 6:15pm

Drinks and appetizers will be available during this time. There will be tables and heaters with lawn games outside so the remaining of the sunset can be enjoyed.

6:15-6:30pm

Make sure to be in your seat so that the during this time so that Pat and I can enter and go into our first dance. We will also be doing the other dances, cake cutting, and speeches during this time block so the rest of the night is for partying.

6:30-7:30pm

Dinner will be a mix of family style and buffet BBQ. There will be various sides and meat options. Let us know if we can accommodate any dietary needs.

7:30-10:30pm

The rest of the night is for dancing and enjoying yourself. We would love if you join us on the dance floor, but lawn games and a fire pit with smores will also be available.
